I've been using this unit since September and I'm not disappointed, the software is very stable and it fits the car profile very well. I recently installed the backup camera and thats working as intended too. The only thing I would note is when the backup camera was hooked up, it didn't start working until I started driving the car around for a little bit. Not sure what would've changed but it works now. This unit is awesome, and ddren was extremely helpful, trustworthy, and honest. I ordered a RCD330 unit but I waited about a day to order a backup camera as well. Each order has a $40 customs / import fee to the USA, but ddren actually shipped the unit and the camera together and refunded me the $40 customs fee, all without me asking!! Additionally, I had a few questions prior to purchase, and while installing my unit. Ddren was able to answer my questions on both occasions in under 5 minutes, provided pictures, and explained how to install correctly. I had extremely fast shipping to the US, I received my unit here in New England in under a week. I very rarely leave reviews, but this one is truly deserved. I have not had a shopping experience this good possibly ever. Way to go!!

Works very well and the installation was straight forward, the alligator clamps were a lifesaver as I have no knowledge in electrical work. Definitely not easy for an amateur like me but its manageable, just need a lot of patience. Delivery took 14 days to Italy.

I have zero complaints about this head unit. Plug and play, works and looks great. Definitely an upgrade from stock. I’d love to rate 5 stars but I’m rating 3 stars due to zero response or communication. I’ve tried reaching out when I made my purchase with a few questions on making sure I bought the right stuff for my car. I tried emailing and I tried WhatsApp. And got no response. Other than that, great products and I’d definitely recommend.

Working great! I had some questions about the installation and Ddren was very responsive and helpful. It took some work but I was able to get everything up and running.

Finally got this installed today and it's working as intended! The YouTube video in the description was very helpful to get everything set up.

The positives first. The radio looks OEM and was easy to install. The apple car play work great. Steering wheel controls work. The bad. The screen brightness at max level is very dim in the day time. Actually near unreadable.The unit did not detect my back camera. So had to purchase a hex v2 to activate this option. Figured the radio should have been set up from beginning. Opinion: if you have limited electronic knowledge I suggest having someone put in another aftermarket radio. In retro spect I would have had a Kenwood installed by someone else. Overall service was fairly good and worked with me to try and solve these problems.

Excellent experience overall. Communication was a breeze and the seller was quick to answer all my questions, give me detailed instructions on which bundle to buy and send video links for installation. Ordered this for my sons Polo 6r match also upgraded to the rcd330 with apple car play and rear usb. You kindly set the rcd330 for camera capability and supplied the new bracket needed for the polo. All fitted together nicely with no problems boot action the same as the old switch. Delivery took 10 days which we were really surprised with. Can recommend highly no problems at all thank you.

Shipping to the UK was quick (11 days) considering it was free shipping! Replaced an RCD310 with this unit in a 2014 6r polo and all appears to work correctly. Unit turns off and on with ignition key. Red illumination works with the headlight switch and the rear parking sensor display is perfect! These are all the points that didn't work on my previous Amazon purchase of an RCD360pro!!!!

The function of this camera is only the function of the switch of the trunk. The problem you mentioned has nothing to do with this camera. Check whether the inner liner is restored to its original position.

I'm so happy with the quiality of camera, wiring and packaging. Cablinge was done same as the video with good quality. Installation was very straight forward on my Golf MK6. I only needed to enable the camera from VCDS and install and plug the the cables. The only downside is the camera is a bit heavy and my rear door gets slower when opening and a bit heavier when closing.
