Hello sir,
Purchased a unit from you a few months ago, everything is working great except that sometimes when I have Bluetooth connected and I shut my car off to go in to the store or something quick, when I return, the radio will not reconnect back to my phone and it has to be reset by holding down the power button for it to reconnect. I noticed that when this happens, the Bluetooth setting is set to hidden and cannot be changed.
Is there any fix for this issue? I’m using an android phone and have had this problem with my galaxy s9 and galaxy s22, have not tried it with iPhone. Thank you!

Hello.
First check if there is a Bluetooth module under your passenger seat. If there is, unplug it. It interferes with the Bluetooth connection of the RCD330 plus.
Restore the unit’s original factory settings via the unit’s set up menu. Press and hold the left knob of the unit until the unit restarts automatically.
Then clear all the successfully paired devices on your mobile phone and re-identify the RCD330plus.
Please try to solve the problem in the above way.
