Hi there,
I’ve purchased a RCD330 recently and the bluetooth has stopped working. 
The bluetooth version appears to be missing also? 
I’ve attached a photo, could you let me know how to fix this?

Hello, first of all, I didn’t see the picture you posted, and I want to know if you can tell me the details.
Bluetooth for the RCD330plus requires that your unit and gateway can establish communication, otherwise it will not work
