I am not sure if you will be able to answer this question, but maybe you might.
My mother has a US 2016 Tiguan that came with the Discover Media PQ radio. In the last few days it has developed ghost touch issues, which seem to be common in 2016 Discover Media units like hers. I am wondering if it is possible to replace her screen with one from the RCD330? I know that the Discover Media PQ has a CD player, so I am not sure if the screen size is identical to that of the RCD330 or if the connections are the same (or even compatible).
I have the same Tiguan, but mine came with a composition color radio, so I put an RCD330 into it. Screen quality is definitely better on the discover radio, but she does not think it is worth it to pay $300 for a screen or over $1000 for a new Discover Media unit.
