I bought a 5″ Noname 187 from you a few months ago. The other day it will not not work, only stays on the bootlogo, shuts off every minute. Tried installing new firmware, I cant get past the bootlogo.

Hi. This is because your firmware has been overwritten and you cannot upgrade the firmware on a 5 inch screen.
