Hello there, Can someone help me here to solve a problem, I installed rcd in my car, my car is 2014 vw passat, but now i’m experiencing problems with NO SOUND at all coming from radio, I can hear touch screen tone fine, but when i want to listen to radio, then I got no sound at all, not even if i want to call someone I cant hear them talking. What exactly do I need. Do i need to buy adapter cable harness or do i need to code my radio to be able to hear sound. I tried with removing battery Plus and Minus and i was waiting for 1 min and still i get no sound.
