What are the cost for express shipping to Germany? How long would it take without express shipping and how long with? Can you still do it without tax fees?

Hi.
First of all, when I send a package to Europe, I will state that the value of the package is only $18. I can avoid almost all customs in Europe. Although I can’t guarantee 100%, almost no one is paid import tax. 
Send to Germany, now using FedEx. It usually takes 7 to 10 days.
