Hello, I ordered from the site on Feb 26 and haven’t seen my package yet. The shipping said it made it to Canada March 7th and no package still 21 days later.
Our store will be on vacation from July 12 to August 1, during which new orders will be temporarily suspended, but customer service remains fully available for after-sales support. Normal operations and order processing will officially resume on August 2.
