The gateway is located directly above the accelerator pedal. If the gateway model starts with “7N0”, then your car does not have a battery drain problem. If you happen to have no multi-function steering wheel, you can not install the CANBUS simulator at all, but if your car has an 8-button multi-function steering wheel , Then, no matter what model your gateway is, you must install the CANBUS simulator and your multi-function steering wheel can work for RCD330 plus.
CANBUS simulator has two functions, one is to solve the battery drainage, and the other is to solve the problem of 8-button multi-function steering wheel control.
