AM Radio not working in Canada

I purchased and installed RCD330 Plus Noname 187B with rearview camera and wireless carplay. Everything is working fine except for AM radio. I believe this is due to the fact that the standard for AM radio is different in North America from the rest of the rest of the world. Tuning increments on the RCD330 Plus Noname are in 9khz while all stations end in multiples of 10khz (ex: 640, 680 or 1010).
Is there a setting or firmware update that addresses this?
