Noname 187B problem with the amplifier , dsp.

I have a Noname 187B radio. Bought here in the store. I have an amplifier with a DSP processor connected to the radio - Alpine PWD-X5 Aktiv-Subwoofer + 4-channel DSP
After turning on the radio, the amplifier does not turn on. No sound comes from the speakers. I checked all possible settings in VCDS, nothing helps. Coding the settings doesn't help. Also checked the cables, current and ground.
Surprisingly, after connecting my old VW RNS315 radio, everything works. The amplifier works and all 8 speakers play!
What is the problem with the RCD330 radio?
