RCD330 Plus (Noname) Bluetooth issues
Quote from VW golf VI on February 14, 2024, 4:45 pmIm not really sure whats wrong, but I cant use the Bluetooth function when calling.
When someone calls me I can see the call and answer but there is no sound coming, however the other part can hear me. Also no sound when playing youtube clips.
For some reason I have 2 options when connecting with Bluetooth.
1. VW auto (original source which I also had with my original radio).
2. VW radio (new source that was added when I installed the new radio).
I have tried each source independent and also connected to both at same time with same results.
What could be the issue?

Install the latest improved 5614 firmware.
Check to see if you have an original Bluetooth module under the passenger seat and if so unplug it to stop it from working completely.
Sorry if you don't get a reply in time, it's better to send me an email or send a message to my whatsapp.

I already hade 5614 hardware installed.
Is it possible to deactivate bluetooth in radio instead of car?
Im wondering since if I unplug the Bluetooth module under the passenger seat I loose the connectivity to the dash display...
