Problems with shipping to Canada
Has anyone had problems with shipping to Canada, as I have had my RCD 330 take almost 22 days to get to me. It has been sitting with the courier in Vancouver from July 13th after it cleared customs and still have not received today being July 24th. I have reached out to DDren in the last few days and he has not been very swift in getting back to me or urging the courier to sort it out. The message on the tracking says the package has been sent back.
Still have not received any indication from ddren about where my stereo is. Be very careful as he seems to ghost once you send him money.
Terrible customer service, as it has been a month and the stereo has not been delivered. I think this is a scam. They use the excuse that since they are in China they cannot call our local courier companies to find where it is because of the time difference, it is total bullshit.

Because you filled in the wrong address, I called the courier company dozens of times before your package could be delivered again. Although the entire process took 55 days, I hope every customer will carefully verify whether your address is filled in correctly.
