Software bugs want to update

Hi guys,
I have the RCD360 Pro (Well its the 6RD 035 187B) according to the sticker.
Right now i have two bugs since i switched from Apple to Samsung.
The first one is that Navigation sounds are sended to the Media volume while playing music on Android Auto.
When using normal Radio (FM) it sends the navigation sounds on Navi (App).
The other issue is that when using Google Assistant that the EQ gets a reset, i need to turn off the radio or switch to FM and back to fix this issue.
Is it possible to update this firmware?
