RCD330 187B - Help Needed
Hi There
Please Help - I am a new to the VW Family and just purchaced an RCD330 from a radio dealer in my area.
The device works fine - however I would like to do the following:
Change the boot logo screen
Change the color
Update Software (if available)
But I dont know if it is a DESAY or NONAME head unit.
I have attached the images of the System Info and the sticker on the radio.
Also - I cannot seem to get it to go into "engineering mode"

Sorry, as of today, there is no way to solve your problem. Your unit is RCD360, and you can’t update any firmware via USB.
