Front USB port not working

Hey guys I bought this radio a few years ago I don’t remember from where. I was having problems with when I would hit a big pothole the connection would be lost and I would have to replicate in the usb cable then it would work or if I touched the cable it would disconnect. Well not it’s not connecting at all. Not matter what cord I try. Do you think the solder connections just broke off? Any help would be appreciated.
