Which version to upgrade to?

I’m kind of confused about all these models. I have a 2011 Jetta sportwagen TDI. It has an RCF330G. It is pretty bad. Very slow to change from phone to as cars. It also sometimes turns off or the screen goes black.
I would like wireless CarPlay. SD reader is ok but two USB ports would be good.
