RCD330 No Name problem

- Hi guys I bought this Noname RCD 330 187F Installation went smoothly but when I turned the unit on, there is no sound coming out at all. Not in Radio mode, Media mode, Carplay and all. No sound at all.
When I tried to turn the volume up, the volume bar simply stuck in one third of the bar. Using the volume turner and the volume button on my wheel same thing happens.
From the setting I tried to bump up the volume as well but it still stuck in number 14.
I tried restarting the unit by pressing and holding two turning buttons but it did not fix the problem. I also tried to plug out the car battery and plug it back in for a good 30 minutes but no positive result.
I preform a software update to 5532 and nothing happens.. still no sound and volume stuck..
Has anybody experienced this and solved the problem?
