problem with camera in beetle 2015

i have vw Beetle 2015 from USA with original back camera, i have adapter. My problem is that nothing happens on the RCD330 radio screen when I shift into reverse; there isn’t even a black screen. I installed your firmware 5632, but it didn’t help.
In VCDS, under radio module 56, I coded 16 02 00 40 01 00 05.
