Hello - I’m having issues updating the firmware. When plugged into the front the usb drive isn’t recognized. My rear usb is usb c - do I need a usb c thumb drive? One other question - I can just drag the tar file compressed and all onto the flash drive right?
Hello, what you purchased should be a version before rear USB V3. You can only update the firmware through rear USB. The tar file is copied directly to the USB sticeker and cannot be unzipped.
